Hull Cell Test Diagnostic Tool

A Hull cell test is a lab-scale electroplating test that allows you to quickly evaluate an electroplating solution's condition and performance. This tool aids the user to establish current density across a hull cell panel to aid diagnosing hull cell test results.

The Hull Cell Test

The cathode panel (Hull cell panel) in a Hull cell test typically measures 100 mm in length and 75 mm in width. It's often made of brass or steel. The anode, which is a separate piece, is usually 75 mm x 50 mm x 7.5 mm. The Hull cell itself is a trapezoidal container, and the most common size holds 267 ml of solution.
